1. The academic year is from November to October. Each academic year is divided into two terms which run from November to June and from July to October.

2.  Five minutes before the first session, the first bell is rung.  At the second bell, all should be ready for the assembly in the school grounds.

3.  School timings are: 9:00 a. m. to 3.00 p. m. during summer; and  10:00 a.m. to 3.00 p. m., during winter.

4.  Leave of absence will be granted for sufficient reason but only on application from parents or guardians. Students who absent themselves without sanctioned leave must bring from their parents or guardians a note of satisfactory explanation. Entries should be made in the school diary.

5.  If a student suffers from an infectious disease, parents should keep the child at home till the danger of infection has passed.

6.  After holidays, summer & winter, all the students should be present on the day appointed for the re-opening of the school. Those joining later are liable to be fined Rs. 100/- per day delayed for max. 3 days (against receipt) or have their names struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be considered on payment of administrative charges Rs.1000/-. Therefore, it is compulsory that the students present themselves on both the opening and closing days. In case of absence due to illness, the Principal must be informed in writing on the closing or re-opening day whichever is applicable.

7.  Absenting oneself before examination will mean a deduction of five marks in every subject.

8.  Irregular attendance or repeated absence for five continous days without explicit permission of the Principal renders a student liable to dismissal. Re-admission of such cases may be considered which is purely at the discretion the Principal on payment of admission charges.
