1. School fees are payable monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/annually. For the monthly instalment, all dues are to be cleared before the 15th of every month; failing which, a late fee of,  Rs.10/- will be charged till 20th of the month; thereafter Rs. 5/- will be charged per day delayed. No cash, in respect of fees, shall be accepted by the school office. Money once remitted will not be refunded. If the fees are not cleared for three consecutive months, the ward’s roll will be struck off. In case of loss of fee Book, explicit permission of the principal is required to obtain a duplicate fee Book against a payment of Rs. 50/-. No student shall be issued the discharge certificate unless all dues are cleared.

2. As a policy, their will be a fee hike, of the existing fee, of not more than 10%  every year . The fee is inclusive of tuition and annual fee.

3. An extension counter of the bank will be in operation in the school. Fees accepting timing at the school extension counter through cheque is till noon on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In the school fee counter, fee through crossed cheques only will be accepted. No hard cash will be accepted.

4. Parents are advised to deposit the school fees by cheque to avoid rush at the fee counter. It also avoids the risk of carrying cash by them or by their wards. Outstation cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances. If the cheque is returned, the payment of the same will be accepted in the school only by way of crossed pay order along with a fine of Rs. 100/-
